Job Description:

• Waiters/waitresses work in restaurants and other dining establishments.
• They are responsible for greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, verifying the
  identification
• Waiters ensure customers are satisfied with their meals, work with the kitchen to resolve any
  complaints and process customer payments.
• They increase customer retention and loyalty by providing fast, reliable and friendly service to all.
• Taking orders from customers
• Answering questions about menu items, food sensitivities and food substitutions
• Giving customers suggestions for food and drinks and telling them about any special menu items
  Serving nonalcoholic beverages.
