Job Description:
• Senior OS responsible for Architectural and ID fit-out works for complex Commercial projects
including Hotel and Casino.
• Managing disputes and claims arising from Subcontractors / Suppliers over the world.
• Lead OS mentoring junior QS in order to complete the project within the given timeframe.
• Be able to manage the complex ID fit-out works as well as any kinds of disputes/claims until the project
completion.
• Familiar with international standards related to professional QS and dispute resolution practices with
sufficient knowledge in interpretation and to bring excellence in change management
