QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef
• Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
• Experience in international cuisine
• Experience in high-pressure, high-volume environment is desirable
• Cruise ship experience is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned at the Mining Site
