Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Relevant third level qualification essential – Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics / Building
  Services Engineering.
• In depth understanding of HVAC and piping services is critical and experience working on projects in the life sciences sec
• You will be responsible for cost control, measurement of works, reporting commercial performance
  and projections to board and manage all commercial aspects of our projects.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team
•  Excellent communication and organization skills essential.
• Salary will be in line with qualifications and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under strict deadlines essential.
• Facility to gain chartered status
