Job Description:
• Facilitates and carries out resident centric activities organised by senior staff to improve quality of
care.
• Attends staff meetings whenever possible and actively participates in communication process.
• Ensures appropriate use of equipment and resources.
• Guides Healthcare Assistant to ensure efficient allocation of work and optimal performance.
• Serves as a “buddy” towards new Nursing Aide by providing them with mentorship and relevant on-
boarding information.
• Undertakes any other responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor/Management of the Company.
