Qualifications:
- Male Applicants
- Age 25 to 45 years old
- At least 2 years above experience in the same field
- 5 years’ work experience in maintenance of Electrical Network up to 33 KV & Low Voltage Network.
- Having Electrical Diploma or Certificate.
- This is a skilled work level in the construction, and repair of electrical transmission and distribution
systems.
- Work is frequently performed in close proximity to high tension wires requiring skill and safe work
practices and procedures.
Job Description:
- A lineman is responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of overhead and underground
electrical power lines and auxiliary equipment.
- Installing transmission and distribution lines between power plants and individual buildings or homes
- Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams
- Digging trenches or climbing poles to repair or maintain underground and overhead electrical cables
