Qualifications:
• Trade certified diesel/industrial machinery mechanic.
• Must have experience working in the e-waste, waste or metals recycling industries.
• Problem-solving equipment maintenance issues is preferred.
• Multitask and manage multiple priorities, possess strong problem-solving skills.
Job Description:
• Lead the site maintenance requirements to conduct preventative and breakdown maintenance,
oversee new equipment installations and upgrades as part of project activities.
• Plan and manage the daily workload and priorities of the required maintenance tanks.
• Assist with the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and checklists.
• Ensure critical and maintenance spare parts availability to reduce machine downtime.
• Maintain a “hands-on” role with support of the site manager (and other staff members) and any
contractors during maintenance or project works.
• Complete reporting on unplanned maintenance activities, unplanned downtime and plant availability.
• Manage actions for improvements or incidents in a timely manner.
