JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform HVAC services and other trades as required, maintain and perform preventive maintenance
on controls and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance of mechanical operating systems and corrective maintenance of
buildings interior and exterior as required by visual inspections and work orders
- Monitor supply and outdoor air volumes, outside and inside temperatures and controls
