Interested applicants must possess at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT
CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical).
3 or more years of experience in Estimation and Quotation of Plant construction of HVAC.
Proficient user of MS Office
Fluent in English
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis of construction plan; Feasibility of subeontractor’s construction schedule; HVAC Drawing
Review and BOQ Analysis; Review of Duct Manufacturing Method
Feasibility Study for material procurement; Subcontractor’s Reasonal Direct & Indirect Cost in construction plan; Comparision costs and Manpower, etc among subcontractors
Ability to compose/review the Documents in construction such as Method statement and/or procedures
Method/Procedures statement Analysis of construction plan
