Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, best practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description:
HR Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs, priorities, and solutions.
Employee Relations:
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, providing guidance, and
resolving conflicts.
• Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely filling of vacancies with qualified
candidates.
• Develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
Performance Management:
• Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and
feedback.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers to improve employee performance.

Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to enhance
employee skills and competencies.
• Support employee career development and succession planning.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant
regulations.
• Conduct salary reviews, benchmarking, and analysis to ensure fair and equitable compensation.
HR Policies and Compliance:
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory
requirements.
• Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Employee Engagement and Communication:
• Promote employee engagement through effective communication, recognition programs, and
employee feedback mechanisms.
• Foster open channels of communication to address employee concerns and disseminate important
information.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management review.
