Qualifications:

• Ex-Bechtel preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience required.
• Must have good skills in speaking, writing, and reading English.
• Know how to fault find/trouble shoot electrical circuitry (e.g., lighting circuits and controls) or
  Familiar with Mechanical testing, including but not limited to HVAC systems (Chillers, VRE, AHU, CRAC, Split, FANS), Plumping (sump pumps and domestic pumps), Firefighting (pumps, Fire hydrant and Fire hose cabinets).

Job Description:

• Directs craft function in assigned field construction organization.
• Responsible for carrying out requisite craft activities within an assigned area of responsibility.
• Responsible for general management, organizational and operational control of a construction site.
• Responsible for installing a variety of systems, such as refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilating.
• Duties like planning work, assigning tasks, supervising mechanics, ensuring system maintenance, and preparing repair cost estimates are often seen on HVAC Foreman resume samples.
• Prepare material and manpower estimates for HVAC construction projects.
• Responsible for all installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
  units and associated air handling, chilled water distribution, and environmental control systems.
• Supervise the installation of air conditioning units, heaters, humidifiers, and ventilation systems.
• Make required modifications to existing systems to achieve efficient operation.
