QUALIFICATIONS:
• Female
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
• Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their
experience
• Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities
• Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate
any special client needs
• Processing new reservations, including collecting payment information such as credit card numbers or
other forms of payment
• Answering questions about hotel services, facilities, and activities
• Providing guests with information about rates and other policies, including cancellation policies
• Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
• Promoting products, services and content over social media.
• Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
