Qualification:
- 25 45 years old only.
- Must have at least 1 year in vocational education or in college.
- If HS graduate only, you must present your OTIT or JiITCO certificate to be considered.
- Can identify and troubleshoot problems with tractors.
- Can able to remove and replace defective components .
- Can able to install new equipment on brand new tractors.
- Basic knowledge in welding is an asset
- Former workers of McCormick Dealer in the Philippines has an advantage.
