Requires an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to “The office of General Manager” . The candidate will perform various administrative duties and prioritize tasks in a fast-pased work environment.
1. Qualification / Education Requirement
- Bachelor degree / Diploma in Business or related.
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage,
2. Experience
- 2+ years work experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary.
3. Knowledge and Role Expectations
- A point of contact where all communication to office of General Manager are screened, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Any other duties as and when required.
