QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
• Knowledge in processing drawings, circuit diagrams, basic identification of structure diagrams, employment organization and circuit modification / improvement cases
• DOE Wire bond processing
• At least 2 yrs. Exp. in Semiconductor manufacturing, ASM LinDA model/ K&S WBD/ ASM WBD equipment repair & maintenance /mechanism adjustment
• Posses circuit view and circuit modification skills, with mechanical view, and mechanism design skills
• GROSS MONTHLY SALARY: NTS50,000
