Qualifications:
• For Higher National Diploma holders: 9 years of experience in a similar role in the petrochemical
industry with growing supervisory responsibilities.
• For bachelor’s degree holders: 3 years of experience in a similar role in the petrochemical industry.
• 5 years’ Experience in EDC/VCM plant operations
Job Description:
• Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a
specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating
procedures and policy.
• Provide on-the-job training of his subordinates and participate in their development through guidance
and training and provide constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the shift operators (Panel and Field Operators) and manage all
field operating/ maintenance activities, ensuring they are executed in a safe and efficient manner so
that the operational area meets customer dem
