Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• Minimum three years industry experience
• Engineering, Drafting or relevant qualification
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Cad Duct & Navisworks and Revit MEP desirable
• Experience across a variety of projects in the residential, commercial and health sectors
• Experience producing workshop drawings and 3D coordinated models of HVAC systems & plant rooms
• Excellent English Communication skills
• At least verifiable 3 years employment

Job Description:

• Prepare design & detailed workshop drawings relating to mechanical services plant, equipment,
  buildings or other structures as required
  Complete CAD drafting of all contracted building services disciplines where required
•  Transform engineering designs into mechanical services drawings
• Control maintain & prepare all documents, drawings and transmittals so that they can be easily
  retrieved
• Coordinate documentation with all disciplines, structure architecture.
• Control drafting deliverables within timeframes & budgets
• Maintain/Monitor the Engineering, Drafting & Manufacturing Schedule (EDM) and adjust in
  conjunction with the Project
