Initial requirements: Age must be 30 to 49 years old. High school graduate ALS certified, must have valid passport for more than 3 years, educational credentials, valid NBI Clearance, SSS employment history, foreign police clearance and PEOS Certificate.

• PRINTED AND FILLED OUT IPAMS evaluation form.
• Detailed CV/resume with dates of employment, duties and responsibilities
• Passport valid for more than 3 years
• NBI clearance valid for at least 6 months
• PEOS certificate
