QUALIFICATIONS:

• Chemical Engineering (preference) or Mechanical Engineering
• A person who is capable of both Oversea Site Work (preference) and Head Office work
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Fluent in English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interested applicants must possess at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT
• CONSTRUCTION (G.e. Oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical).
• Preparation of Commissioning (Head Office or TFT); Standardization of Pre-Com/Comm. Document;
• BOQ and Cost (New Project Bidding)
• Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Document; System Breakdown and Mark-up; Engineering Document Review
• Execution of Commissioning Site); Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Activity; Coordination (Vendor/Subcontractor/ Owner);Owner OjT Training
• Commissioning Sequence and Schedule; Management of Commissioning Material/Equipment; Performance Test
