QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking)
- Trade Certificate, Certificate II in Commercial Cookery
- Must be a Bachelor’s /College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Hands-on service for bulk and buffet style cooking which will include preparing, cooking, and presenting meals for breakfast, dinner, crib and pastries
- Ensuring you follow HACCP procedures and safe work practices
- Experience in a high-pressure, high-volume environment is desirable
- Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Bulk cooking experience is essential / FIFO experience desirable
