QUALIFICATIONS:
• With at least 3 years of working experience in a busy kitchen, preferably in a 5-Star Hotel.
• With at least 3 years of experience in a high-volume operation, working with international teams.
• Must have UKVI IELTS with a score of 5 per category
• Should be a Degree Holder in Hotel & Restaurant Management
• Culinary Diploma Holder from an accredited school or Training Center.
• Food Safety Training Certificate
• Must be familiar with cooking steaks, pizza, and a variety of seafood dishes
• Responsible for creating, rotating, and maintaining menu stock control.
• Good understanding of food cost, calculation, and management
• Must be keen on Kitchen Hygiene Standards
• Must have a strong understanding of and belief in teamwork
• Must have excellent management & leadership skills to supervise kitchen staff & keep the area
organized.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Newly renewed passport
OFFER BENEFITS:
Salary starts at Php 156,000 gross monthly.
Forty-Eight (48) Hours per week
Two (2) years contracts, renewable
