Qualification:
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Must have car or truck dealership experience in a managerial role.
• Proven knowledge effective automotive dealership strategies and best practices.
• Substantial track record of exceeding branch performance i.e.; sales quotas, productivity, and
profitability.
• Papa New Guinea experience is an advantage but not required.
Job Description:
• Branch Manager will be responsible for the total operations of the dealership including sales, finance,
inventory, service, team-building, and short-term and long-term business strategies.
• Review sales, gross profit and contribution performance of all departments.
• Plan requirements for stock, equipment, tools, space, facilities and departmental layout to maximize
branch’s ability to offer maximum levels of service whilst maintaining company’s objectives.
• Administer cost control, overall inventory management, pricing, pay-plans, policy and warranty
adjustments, discounts, purchases, control and other elements effecting the branch’s financial
performance.
