QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience as Boat Builder (Aluminum)
- Must have experience in building vessels across one or more of Boats ranges to a quality and time that matches the Boats standard.
- Takes ownership of build quality for projects assign
- Not accepting of poor workmanship in self or other team members
- Works with other team members to ensure Overall quality standards are met
- Make recommendations to lead boat builder and Fabrication
- Supervisor for changes that reduce re-work by team
- Quality builds that match the agreed Boats customer experience, in a scalable and profitable manner
- Workshop housekeeping maintained to a showroom
REQUIREMENTS:
