Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a professional baker, with a focus on Filipino baked goods
- Experience in a commercial kitchen, with knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Proven expertise in recipe development and product innovation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-
functional teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn and grow
- Exposure to food safety standards including HACCP, ISO22000 etc will be an advantage
