Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all resorts rules and regulations as per service standards policies and procedures.
• Must be fully aware of the Resort emergency procedures
• To have an in-depth knowledge of hotel’s products to be able to maximize revenue by capturing all
  opportunities
• To bring to the immediate attention of the Manager for any guest complaints
• Handling in-coming and out-going guest luggage’s and storing it in the right shelves
