Minimum of three (3) years of experience in leasing and/or sales, preferably for Real Estate Developer or Agency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.

Computer proficiency Basic-to-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Remit print and digital introductory material and correspondence to target demographics.
Respond promptly to inquiries received via telephone, website and social media channels.
Conduct tours for prospective tenants to showcase the different types of residential units and common facilities of the compound, and provide information on featured services.
Draft lease agreements, obtain the required signatures and initials, and remit to lessees for signature.
Conduct a Welcome Meeting for every new tenant to hand over a welcome packet, and explain featured services, service request procedures, policies, rules and regulations of the Compound.
Issue to every new tenant a username and password for the Compound’s Web-based Applications
Platform, and conduct a demonstration of its features and functions during the Welcome Meeting.
Introduce new tenants to the Clubhouse and Services team (Ie. Clubhouse and Services Manager, Concierge and Recreation teams).
Attend Farewell Inspections along with the vacating tenants to take inventory, and to go over the condition of properties being vacated.
Terminate all systems access for vacating tenants, and ensure that keys and Vehicle Identification
Stickers are returned on or before departure date.
Maintain electronic and hardcopy files for current and past tenants.
Maintain an updated waiting list of prospective tenants during full occupancy periods.
Provide assistance to the Services Team if/when required.
Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the Company.
