Job Destination: Saudi Arabia

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carrying out routine maintenance of equipment, buildings and office facilities.
• Inspection, maintenance, repair and installation of air conditioning systems, including D.D.C building control and refrigeration systems, refrigerator, ice machine, water cooled chillers, and the like.
• Perform maintenance checks for HVAC systems, clean evaporator drain pans, coils, filters, lubricate fan bearings and motors, repair and change motors, electrical wires, belts, compressor, thermostat, fan, sensors and defrost timing.
• Place airflow controls on air conditioners, preference by adjusting flaps, splitters, diffusers, and fan speeds.
• Operate equipment, monitor its operation, read devices and gauges, including volt-ohm-Myers, know temperature gauges and adjust mechanisms, including valves, pumps and control devices.
• Carry out comprehensive maintenance of refrigeration units by repairing, changing or restarting broken parts of compressors, condensers and vacuum pumps, checking Freon level in refrigeration units, repairing any leaks observed and charging units as required.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a AC technician.
