• Knows how to read electrical layout
• Knows how to layout/install electrical cables on ceilings, walls and floors
• Knows how to install wall switches lights, and wall outlets
• Knows how to set up and tap electrical panel boards (circuit breaker system)
• Knows how to read manuals and follow instructions
