Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an office clerk, Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant, preferably with a property management company and/or hotel.
Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Computer proficiency Intermediate user of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word and Power Point) etC.
Good interpersonal skill and ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Attention to detail.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspect residential units with supervisory maintenance personnel prior and during preparation-for new-occupancy works; with incoming tenants prior to the handover of keys at move-in, and with departing tenants in days leading up to the end-of-lease date.
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections of off-premises staff accommodations.
Prepare inspection reports and other related documents in accordance to standard operating procedures and established guidelines.
Submit post-inspection work orders for snags and monitor progress along the snags repair process.
Answer telephone calls, correspond via e-mails, transmit and file documents, schedule meetings and appointments, take minutes of meetings, format documents, create presentations, and securely dispose of sensitive documents.
Issue stationary supplies to departments and report accordingly.
Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the Senior Compound Administrator and Company.
