Job Description:
• Manage the Retail Store daily Operations ensuring a continued focus on sales and customer service
• Train, manage and regularly evaluated your staff performance. Your job is to provide continual
training and development opportunities to our team.
• Mentor staff within your team and create fun and vibrant workplace environment
• Continuous manage\monitor stocks levels.
• Ensure inventory is managed through stock takes, identifying any stock variances and follow our
process to minimize stock issues
• Address customer requests/ feedback in a timely manner
•Set and monitor the Store sales targets, making every effort to meet the sales targets
• Prepare and submit monthly reviews
Documents Required:
• Updated resume with job description
• Employment certificate
• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
