Job Description:
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Filipino cuisines
• Ensure high-quality and consistent taste, texture, and presentation of dishes
• Develop and create new menu items based on regional culinary trends
• Manage and maintain inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
