NURSE
InHealth is looking for a Registered Nurse to care for their patients and facilitate their speedy recovery.
You will also be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The
ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with
little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will also be able to follow health and
safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patient’s well-being by providing high
quality nursing care.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a registered nurse in any of the following areas (Endoscopy, OR, MS, ER, ICU or CCU)
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and compassionate
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid PRC nursing license
- IELTS overall score of 7 (recommended and fast tracked)
- Valid NMC registration (recommended and fast tracked)
- Valid Driving License (recommended and fast tracked)

- You need to be willing to be flexible when working shifts required
- You should have proven diligence in CPD activity
- There may be instances where our Nurses need to work outside their region to support the operational requirements of the business
- On occasions, national travel may be required to attend training courses
- Nurse roles will require you to be a resident in an area which is reasonably commutable to the
location of the role
- There may be times that additional hours need to be worked at short notice to fulfil unexpected
clinical requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in
patients’ charts
- Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
- Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment,
sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
- Provide instant medical care in emergencies
- Assist surgeons during operations
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
Expectations:
- Adhering to all operational procedures as outlined by InHealth (daily returns, timesheets, private
mileage returns, etc)
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism, customer care, and service provision
- Reporting all incidents and complaints in line with our policies
- Following strict security and health and safety protocols when returning damaged scopes for repair,
liaising with the senior nurse as appropriate
- Adhering to the requirements of the Data Protection Act
- Ensuring the smooth flow of clinical and administrative work
- Effectively communicating and appropriately responding to all visitors
- Taking part in governance activities i.e. incident reporting and investigation, audits, personal
development, and team meetings
- Complying with policies and procedures, including information security and providing a quality
service
- Maintaining an awareness of the need for good housekeeping, helping to make sure that ward stock levels are kept to optimum agreed limits
- Effectively communicating and appropriately responding to all visitors
