Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fine-dining restaurant at reputable hotels or restaurants.
• Exposure to Michelin-starred operations is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the operation of the relevant section, including daily operations, cost control,
procurement systems, HACCP, work safety, and employee-related matters.
• Creative with a sound knowledge of food trends in the market.
• Ability to combine different cuisines to develop new dishes and continuously improve existing ones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
• Ensure that all food products are served according to established policies, guidelines, and recipes.
• Assist the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie in developing recipes and presentation of new dishes or food
promotions.
• Follow and enforce safety and hygiene standards set by the client.
• Set up section as required by the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie and have it checked by them before
service.
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Align management style, working practices, and conduct with company standards.
