Qualifications:
• Candidates without related certificates but with solid experience will also be considered
• Working knowledge in PC skills and use of all MS Office applications, including outlook and power
point presentation technical knowledge of various central plant, E&M systems and equipment
• Hands-on and possess good problem solving skills and attend to details
• Frequently / Occasional ascending or descending ladders and/or ramps and ability to work in high rise
site

Job Description:
Responsible on the daily maintenance request for The House of Dancing Water’s Heart of the House
area and all company events/ shows.
• Carry out daily preventive maintenance as assigned by Assistant Head, Property Services
• Ensure all tools and equipment are regularly inspected for their correct function and safe for
operational use
• Follow up all deficiencies noted during regular inspection and take ownership to carry out necessary
works and reports to his/her supervisor at first instant for any breakdown that will affect the
operations
