• Develop and implement a diverse menu of authentic Filipino dishes, such as adobo, sinigang, pancit,
  and others, while incorporating African cuisine influences as needed
• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring that food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality, and that presentation is visually appealing
• Order ingredients and supplies, ensuring that all items are fresh, high quality, and properly stored
