diligently and promptly to ensure continuity and minimal disruption to both IT and user department.)
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 year related work experience in maintaining computers, printers, copiers, POos,
networking & telecommunication equipment, server administration and hotel application systems;
- Last work experience should not be more than 2 years ago;
- Possess good technical understanding on Active Directory, Exchange, and Office applications is
essential.
- Preferably with related work experience in the Hospitality industry (Hotels, Integrated Resorts,
Restaurants);
- Knowledge in Oracle Hospitality systems (Micros/Simphony POS. Opera/0pera Cloud), Microsoft
- Dynamics Navision, Microsoft Server administration.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English. Good listening skills & customer service expertise.
- Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish common goals
- Ability to log, troubleshoot, and track problems to a successful conclusions.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non- technical personnel and end users.
